El Tratado de Riad sobre Derecho de los Diseños (DLT) y su contribución al sistema internacional para la protección de la propiedad industrial e intelectual

Tras años de discusión multilateral, se ha concluido la negociación sobre el Tratado de derecho de diseños, instrumento jurídico internacional destinado a reducir y estandarizar las formalidades procedimentales del procedimiento de registro del derecho de diseño industrial. El artículo analiza la dispersa regulación internacional que protege esta figura y el previsible impacto que este Tratado va a tener en ella. Igualmente, se exponen las principales novedades incorporadas a este Tratado.
