The Riyhad Design Lw treaty and its contribution to the international system for the protection of intellectual property

After years of multilateral debates, the negotiations on the Design Law Treaty concluded, with the adoption of an international legal instrument aimed at reducing and standardizing the procedural formalities of the registration procedure of this intellectual property right. This article explores the disperse international regulation protecting this figure and the foreseeable impact this Treaty may involve. Likewise, the main new elements introduced by this Treaty will be introduced.
